Four years ago your company replaced the exterior water service pipe at our home, and after the work was completed, my wife and I were so satisfied with the job including the Hottel employees who did it, that we promised ourselves to call your company the next time we needed plumbing work done.
After waiting the required number of months for the WSSC to complete their work, your company began work last week and completed the job on schedule in three days as promised. The onsite supervisor was Carlos and I can't say enough about his fine work ethic, plus how he kept us informed as things progressed. The job was done expertly and efficiently.
Our thanks to Todd Over, Plumbing Mgr., for his handling of the off-site planning including coming to our home before the work started, to explain to us what to expect. It made understanding everything easier. Thanks also to Christine for working with us to schedule the most convenient dates for us for the work to start.
